Naming Groups of Data

• First you click in a cell for example(C6:G6)
• Then in the NAME BOX type whatever you want it to be named then press enter.
• Then click the FORMULA tab and in the DEFINED NAMES group click NAME MANAGER.
• Click the name you put.
• The cell range iin the REFERS TO field then change the cell references.
• Then on the name field type another name.
